Wheelhouse Partners serves as a complete back office for single-unit and multi-unit businesses. We take care of HR, finance, accounting, IT and parts of operations, so operators can focus on running the actual business.

Based in Houston, Texas, and run by Founding Partners Cheston Syma and Setul Patel, we support more than 75 client business units across multiple states.

Wheelhouse Partners is part of One Wheelhouse, three companies led by the same Founding Partners. When a business needs more than a back office, the others can help: Girish Capital provides project development and debt and equity sourcing, and American Allied Construction handles all construction, along with landlord and municipality relations.
